Cryptocurrency and digital-asset platforms need to collect identity information without creating an onboarding experience that feels disconnected from the product. Poor document images and inconsistent user-entered data can increase review work and delay account access.
Acupixel can capture supported identity documents and add document, identity and screening signals through modular services. The digital-asset platform decides which checks apply to the customer, transaction or jurisdiction.
Because the results return to the host application, identity review can remain part of the platform’s own KYC workflow, case management and customer experience rather than becoming a separate destination.
Orchestrate different checks for different risk levels
A new account, account recovery, high-value withdrawal and enhanced review case may not require the same identity path. Cryptocurrency software needs the ability to add or repeat selected checks without rebuilding the whole onboarding stack.
Document forensic authentication can evaluate the presented credential, IDV Match can add identity-data evidence, and sanctions screening can support a broader AML process. These are separate signals that the platform can combine with its own transaction and account information.

Digital-asset customers generally interact remotely, which makes image quality and guided capture especially important. The workflow may also need to revisit identity when account details change or a higher-risk event occurs.
Browser-based capture can collect supported documents without requiring a separate mobile application. APIs let the platform invoke focused services when needed and store the returned result according to its own security and retention policies.
